How to fix cracked nails?For this, nutritionists recommend making a special oil and applying it. Shweta Shah says, this oil not only eliminates fungal infection, but also makes the nails strong and healthy.
You will need these things
- To make the oil, you need 2 tablespoons of mustard oil
- 3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric and
- A pinch of asafoetida will be needed.
How to make?
- For this, put mustard oil in a pan and heat it lightly.
- Add garlic, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, and asafoetida to it.
- Let it cook lightly for 1-2 minutes.
- After the stipulated time, turn off the gas and let the oil cool down a little.
How to apply?
Nutritionists recommend slightly warming the prepared oil and applying it to the nails and surrounding skin twice a day.
How does this recipe benefit?
- Mustard oil has antifungal properties and increases blood circulation.
